QUALITY POLICY

The Management of ORION ITALIA SRL has decided to implement its Quality Management System, in agreement with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 2015 edition with the aim of pursuing continuous improvement of the company’s efficiency in order to identify and better meet the needs of Customers and all Relevant Stakeholders.


The main purpose of the certification is also the continuous improvement of the product, service and processes, as well as the consolidation and expansion of the company's position within the reference market and its context.


The Management has therefore established the following strategic objectives that must be pursued by ORION ITALIA SRL through its Quality Management System:


✓ maintain and consolidate the position in the reference market, through a careful analysis of the context,

✓ guarantee the protection of sensitive data and technical know-how,

✓ identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities related to each company process and determine actions to address such risks and opportunities,

✓ identify the needs and expectations of all relevant stakeholders, convert them into requirements and comply with them,

✓activate communication tools inside and outside ORION ITALIA SRL to improve the information flow and to ensure that the needs of relevant stakeholders are known and understood by all those who contribute to the realization of the products, services and processes of ORION ITALIA SRL,

✓ keep an active, adequate system of self-monitoring of the Quality Management System that allows to measure results, to neutralize problems and to provide management with suitable elements to carry out the reviews,

✓ pursuing continuous improvement.


The commitments made to achieve these objectives are identified in the correct planning and rationalization of the Quality Management System, in the optimization of the production cycle and in the correct application of the content defined and described in the Quality Management System documents.


The above-described Quality Policy is in line with the company policy that pursues satisfaction of customers and of relevant stakeholders, while aiming to generate profit for the company.


The staff of ORION ITALIA SRL, made aware of the company policy, declared their agreeance, within their own area of competence, to implement and support the Quality Policy.


During the Annual Review, Management reviews the Quality Policy to verify its continuous topicality and adequacy and to define the new objectives relative to the upcoming business year in order to pursue constant improvement.


The objectives set must be measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy.


The objectives taken on by ORION ITALIA SRL during Management Review, risks and opportunities identified for each business process, are documented in the form "Objectives, risks and opportunities" and are brought to knowledge of company personnel.
