Tram Inverter 1500W

The ODS-1500 is a single-phase sinusoidal DC/AC inverter rated 1200–1500 W with selectable 120 or 230 Vac output. Its wide DC input range from 12 to 110 Vdc covers battery bus voltages from 12 V automotive to 110 V railway strings. A railway version with tropicalized circuits and EN50155 compliance is available for all models.

Internal forced-air cooling and efficiency up to 91%. Maximum average power and peak current protection, input under-voltage disable, RS232 control via PAM Tool, and isolated relay alarm contacts ensure robust integration. Accessory: ACI-3000 inrush current limiter.

In tram and urban light rail applications, this inverter provides stable AC power for onboard electronics, passenger display systems, and auxiliary equipment operating from the tram's 24 V or 72 Vdc supply rail. It meets the shock and vibration requirements of EN 61373 for railway rolling stock equipment, making it suitable for both high-floor and low-floor tram vehicles operating in city center environments.
