Light-rail Inverter 1500W

The ODS-1500 is a single-phase sinusoidal DC/AC inverter rated 1200–1500 W with selectable 120 or 230 Vac output. Its wide DC input range from 12 to 110 Vdc covers battery bus voltages from 12 V automotive to 110 V railway strings. A railway version with tropicalized circuits and EN50155 compliance is available for all models.

Internal forced-air cooling and efficiency up to 91%. Maximum average power and peak current protection, input under-voltage disable, RS232 control via PAM Tool, and isolated relay alarm contacts ensure robust integration. Accessory: ACI-3000 inrush current limiter.

In light rail transit (LRT) systems, this inverter supplies AC auxiliary power for passenger comfort systems, real-time passenger information displays, and onboard surveillance equipment. Compatible with the 24 V, 48 V, and 72 Vdc supply rails found in modern light rail vehicles, it tolerates the rapid voltage variations caused by regenerative braking and acceleration loads on the traction network.
